Its proximity to the train station meant I practically rolled off the train and into my comfy, budget-friendly bed – no confusing detours or taxi negotiations needed! Arriving to a delightful bottle of courtesy champagne certainly didn't hurt either; talk about punching above your weight class! While it won't have you stumbling directly into the Old Town's ancient charm, it’s perfectly placed for launching day trips to all corners of the Riviera. And the air conditioning? It wasn't just working; it was performing a symphonic masterpiece of coolness, turning my room into a blissful escape from the Mediterranean sun. Five stars for prime transport links, not melting, feeling like royalty without the royal budget!
